Facilities
Flying K Horses LLC. offers a 60’ x 136’ LED lighted indoor arena with washed masonry sand footing and clay base. The arena sand is treated twice yearly with Mag Flake dust control to provide a freshly “Watered” look and feel to the footing as well as eliminating dust year round. We have two tie points in the arena for extra horses and a designated observation area for visitor seating.
The arena is also equipped with a Pro Cutter flag system which is available to use at an additional cost.

Private Rentals
Private rentals available for riders in groups of four or less. The private arena rental rate includes the use of the facility for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of three hours.
Private rental rates start at $20/hour per each horse and rider.
Additional horses brought in are $10/hour.
Use of the Pro Cutter is an additional $75/hour and can be split between all riders in attendance.
Group Rentals
Group rentals are available for five or more riders with a maximum of eight riders. The group rental rate includes the use of the facility for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours.
Group rental rates start at $15/hour per each horse and rider.
Additional horses brought are $10/hour with a 12 horse maximum per group.
Use of the Pro Cutter system is an additional $100/hour and can be split by all riders in attendance.
Event Rentals
Event rentals are available for larger groups looking to host and event, bring in a clinician, etc. The group rental rate includes the use of the facilities for the entire day (8am - 8pm), one arena drag prior to the start of the event, and table and chair use.
Event rental rates start at $350/day
One arena drag included by facility staff.
Use of tables and chairs included.
Optional additional arena drag rate is $25.
Optional use of the Pro Cutter system is $150/day.
A $125 deposit for all events is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.

Facility and Arena Rules
Please stay only in the designated areas of the property.
Please do not park in front of arena/barn doors or gates.
Please clean up all manure from the arena prior to leaving and put it in the designated area.
Please turn off all lights prior to leaving.
Please let us know in advance if you are wanting to use any of the extra equipment in the arena such as ground poles, barrels, etc and return them to their designated location prior to leaving.
LEASHED dogs are welcome and must be under supervision at all times.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The barn is off limits with the exception of the bathroom.
The wash rack is available for use with prior agreement.
Please ensure all gates, aisle guards, doors, etc. are closed and latched appropriately prior to leaving.
